چکیده
Tumor blood flow (TBF) plays a fundamental role in tumor growth and treatment, and is characterized by spatial and temporal heterogeneities. Here we show that the interstitial fluid pressure (IFP), which is higher in tumoral tissue than in normal tissue, coupled with the tumor microvascular pressure (MVP) and the higher permeability of tumoral vessels, can explain the sustained oscillatory behavior of TBF, observed in vivo. © 2003 Elsevier Science (USA). Trend of CMOS downsizing and its reliability
In this paper, CMOS downsizing trend into sub-70 nm node and further below is described. Downscaling of advanced CMOS devices have been significantly accelerated every time by the update of the ITRS roadmap. Now, on one hand, we can expect the realization of even sub-10 nm CMOS devices, but on the other hand, so many difficulties in technology for the downsizing are anticipated. In this paper, ...
متن کاملReliability investigations on HBV using pulsed electrical stress
First reliability investigations with HBV are presented using pulsed electrical stress. AlGaAs/GaAs material systems as well as InGaAs/InAlAs have been investigated and compared regarding degradation characteristics and mechanisms. Diffusion is proposed to be the responsible degradation mechanism.
